1. Acceptance of terms

By using VibeCodeCopy you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we provide

VibeCodeCopy offers written guides, a curated prompt library, and AI-powered tools such as the Prompt Optimizer. Content is offered "as is" for educational purposes.

3. VibeCode Money Map (paid product)

A Money Map is a one-time paid research report covering one app idea. Payment is taken once, in advance, through our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your card details.

• What you receive: one researched report for the idea you submitted, delivered on a private link you can revisit, print, or save as a PDF. The report is research and opinion — it may conclude that you should not build the idea.
• Access: the private link is the access credential. Anyone holding it can read the report, so keep it to yourself. We may remove reports after extended periods of inactivity.
• No guarantees of outcome: a Money Map is not financial, legal, or investment advice, and does not guarantee revenue, demand, or business success. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
• Refunds: if research fails to complete, produces an unusable report, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with your support reference and we will refund that order. Because each report is produced to order, we do not offer refunds simply because you disagree with the verdict.
• Fair use: reports are for your own use. Do not resell, republish, or redistribute them as your own product.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse rate limits or attempt to disrupt the site or its tools.
• Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content to our AI-powered tools.
• Scrape or re-publish our content without written permission.

5. AI-generated output

Prompts and outputs produced by our tools are provided without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it in production systems.

6. Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCodeCopy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or tools.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
