1. Introduction

VibeCodeCopy ("we", "our", or "us") operates vibecodecopy.com and related tools. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit the site, use one of our browser tools, subscribe to the newsletter, contact us, or click affiliate or advertising links, and how that data is used.

2. Information we collect

• Newsletter subscriptions: the email address you provide when you subscribe. Stored with our email backend provider.
• Contact form submissions: the name, email address, and message you choose to send us.
• Local browser tools: most of our tools (JSON Formatter, Character Counter, Case Converter, Text Diff, Filename Character Replacer, Slug Generator, Keyboard Tester, Screen Resolution, Remove Line Breaks, Remove Duplicate Lines, Lorem Ipsum Generator) run entirely in your browser. Your input is not sent to our servers.
• AI-powered tools: tools such as the Prompt Optimizer, "Can It Build This?", and the Trading Bot Analyzer send the text you submit to a language-model provider so it can generate a response. Do not paste secrets or personal data into these tools.
• VibeCode Money Map orders: the idea and optional context you submit, the anonymous private link for your report, and payment metadata returned by our payment processor (payment status, timestamps, transaction identifiers, and the email address you gave at checkout so we can send your receipt and report link). Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to record aggregated page views, referrers, approximate location, device, and browser type.
• Cookies & local storage: used for basic site functionality, analytics, advertising, and to remember your preferences.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to operate the site, deliver the newsletter you opted in to, respond to messages, understand how the site is used in aggregate, prevent abuse, and improve our tools and content.

4. Payments (VibeCode Money Map)

Money Map is a paid, one-time product. Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects and stores your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive only the outcome of the payment plus the email address you provide at checkout. That email is used to send your purchase confirmation and a link to your finished report — it is not added to our newsletter unless you subscribe separately.

To research your idea we send the idea text and optional context you submit to our research and language-model providers. Do not include secrets, credentials, or personal data about other people in that text. Your report is reachable only through the private, unguessable link shown after purchase; we do not list reports publicly or index them in search engines.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve or measure ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our sites and/or other sites on the internet. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we intend to use a Google-certified consent management platform so you can grant or refuse consent for advertising and analytics cookies. Some outbound links are affiliate links, including participation in the Amazon Associates program. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Clicking an affiliate link may set a small tracking parameter on the destination site so the retailer can attribute a resulting purchase to us. We may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

We also link to Ko-fi (ko-fi.com/vibecodecopy) as an optional way to support the free tools. Tips are entirely optional and never a condition of using this site. Clicking the Ko-fi or any Amazon link takes you to that third-party service, which operates under its own privacy and cookie policies.

7. Third-party service providers

We use a small set of third-party services to run this website: an email backend provider (to store newsletter subscribers and send messages), a hosting/cloud provider, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and language-model providers used by our AI-powered tools. Each processes only the information they need to perform their function.

8. Retention & deletion

You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in every message, which removes your address from our list. To request deletion of a contact-form submission or any other data you've sent us, email us and we will remove it.

9. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Blocking cookies may affect some site functionality.
